VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
Duration: 15 minutes
File size: 400MB max
Video file format: mp4
Dimensions: Minimum height 480 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9
Resolution: 720p or 1080p high definition
The first slide of the video presentation must contain:
a) the title of the paper
b) authors’ name and affiliation
d) session number (optional)
Presenter can present in front of a camera OR voice over slides OR a combination of any other creative methods for presentation.
a) All presentation must be in English.
b) Audio commentary and all information on the slides must be clearly presented.
c) No background music is allowed.
Showing a speaker view is recommended but not compulsory. If you choose to do so, please make sure the speaker window does not cover slides.
There are several video conferencing tools that allow speaker view to be recorded along with slides presentation. Here are some examples:

Please prepare your online presentation as follows;
a) A video in mp4 format
b) Presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format
c) Video Presentation Filename: ARUS2021 – Paper ID
For video presentation submission, please fill up this google form HERE . Submission must be done before 15th June 2021.
All virtual video presentations will appear in our website at https://razak.utm.my/arus2021/ on 22nd June 2021 for two weeks only.

As a reminder, videos that are not received by the deadline will be considered no-shows and will not be considered in Best Paper / Best Presenter awards. Please take note that it is compulsory for the presenter to be available during their allocated session. Presenters who refuse to comply with this policy will be denied presentation certificate.
