CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
In order to participate in the activities of ICBAPS 2018, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Non-students registrants cover a maximum of two (2) papers per registration with a limit of 6 pages per paper. Each additional page will incur an additional fee of USD40 per page. Payments of conference registration fees must be made by 2^nd June 2018, otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (NORMAL/EARLY BIRD)
Conference registration fee (Normal/Early Bird) includes a copy of the conference proceedings (in a USB Drive or equivalent); admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks and lunches.

EARLY REGISTRATION (EARLY BIRD)
Authors who make their payment before 15^th May 2018 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

IEEE MEMBERS REGISTRATION
IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICBAPS 2018 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to email their current IEEE membership card to the ICBAPS 2018 Finance Chair (icbaps.rs@gmail.com) upon completion of the payment.

STUDENT RATES
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email the scanned copy of their ‘Student Identification Card’ and/or IEEE Membership Card to icbaps.rs@gmail.com. Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. Only one (1) paper per person per-registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for student member rate.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD) using credit cards via the EDAS ICBAPS 2018 registration website at http://edas.info/N24051.

Payments in Ringgit Malaysia can also be made via wire transfer or interbank giro (IBG)/instant transfer or deposit of cheque/bank draft payable to the following:

Failure to do so may result in delay in confirmation of registration.

APPLICATION FOR TAX INVOICE
Applications from institutions or companies for tax invoice to facilitate payments in Ringgit Malaysia equivalent through interbank transfer or local bank draft/cheque are to be emailed to the ICBAPS 2018 Finance Chair (icbaps.rs@gmail.com) with details as shown below. Local orders are not acceptable.

Type of registration required (eg. IEEE Member normal registration @ RM1, 900) – Please note that Early Bird registration rate is not applicable for payment made by Invoice and Local Order.

1. Name of person/institution/company to whom invoice is to be issued
2. Address
3. Contact person and contact telephone number/email address
4. Name(s) of participant(s) with respective IEEE membership category and number (eg. IEEE Member No.12345678) if applicable
5. Paper ID Number ( from EDAS) or Title of accepted paper (if applicable)

Upon receipt of the above information, we will issue a tax invoice and email it to the contact person.

NO-SHOW AND ORIGINALITY POLICY
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW”. The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event.

Papers that have >30% similarity index will also be excluded in the final proceeding.
