Innovative Leadership Development Programme offers several programmes that are aimed at providing a platform for the development of leaders of government organisations and captains of industries through innovative experiential learning. Our programmes focus on establishing platforms for participants not only to learn from the knowledge and experience of experts on key issues and trends influencing their respective industries, universities and other organisations but at the same time allowing for free exchange of ideas among the participants.
The activities include short courses that can lead to Executive Awards, as well as short courses programmes, Intensive short course programmes, customised training programme, seminar, and Corporate Leaders Discourse.
1.1 Short Courses
This programme allows participants to attend the short courses offered by UTM Razak School as individual short courses. UTM Razak School short courses are hands-on approach, focusing both on the aspects of application of knowledge as well as new developments in the technology. They are suitable for those working in the industries, or organisations to update knowledge in certain areas such as business, management, information technology and engineering in a way of improving their place of work.
