INITIAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR REVIEW

Step 1. Manuscript Writing Format

Prospective authors are invited to submit their original unpublished work to AROSHE 2021. The length of final paper should be no more than ten (10) pages and minimum of six (6) pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references (minimum 15 references with at least 5 references are five years back). The paper must be written in good English. Please note that only a revised paper with similarity score <15% will be considered to be included in the final publication. The conference paper format and template can be downloaded HERE.

IMPORTANT: Please save the title your files in this order “AROSHE2021_paper ID_corresponding author’s last name_NIJ” for indexed journal. For example “AROSHE2021_123_Smith_NIJ”.

Step 2. Manuscript Submission

Paper should be submitted online through CMT system via the link;

Step 3. Reviewing Process and Notification of Acceptance

Reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors of accepted paper will be notified by email.

FINAL MANUSCRIPT (CAMERA READY) SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Step 1. Revision of Accepted Manuscript

Please revise your paper based on the reviewer(s) evaluation. All corrections must be recorded in the List of Corrections Form, which will be emailed to you or you can download the form HERE.

Step 2. Final Camera Ready Format

Your final paper must be in Word file. Your final paper has to follow the assigned journal’s template, which will be emailed to you.

Step 3. Final Manuscript Submission

Please upload the word file in CMT system via the link;

Step 4. Copyright Transfer Form

Please sign and complete the assigned journal’s Copyright Transfer Form, which will be emailed to you. The authors also need to attach List of Corrections form as well as Plagiarism Report (Turnitin Software). Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the publication.

Step 5. Conference Fee Payment

Please make payment via direct wire/money transfer. Please visit our website https://razak.utm.my/aroshe2021/conference/fees/ for details on the conference fee and payment instruction. The official receipt of payment will be issued on the conference day.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

AROSHE 2021 enforces a “no show” policy. Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference, and at least one author must register at the full conference rate for publication. Paper with no-show presenter will not be submitted for publication.

ETHICS IN PUBLISHING

All submitted papers should report original, previous unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Authors should report their results clearly, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation.

Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and subject to both review and editing.
