Human Capital

Knowledge Management Research Group
HuCKM aims to investigate the role and strategy of effective human capital development in developing knowledge workers. Studies will involve both public and industry sectors using both qualitative and quantitative research methodology. The findings of study may contribute to the body of knowledge (i.e. human capital and knowledge management) as well as to the human resource practitioners and organization as a whole.
