Papers should be a maximum of six (6) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices (written in English). The conference paper format and template can be downloaded from:\u00a0 http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a><\/p>\n Paper should be submitted online through EDAS system:\u00a0http:\/\/edas.info\/N28406<\/a><\/p>\n Reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors of accepted paper will be notified by email. In addition to the online presentation, all authors are REQUIRED to prepare a video presentation in case of unexpected events. The Guidelines for Virtual Video Presentation for NBEC2021 are as follows;<\/span><\/p>\n 1) You should prepare a 15 minutes video presentation, having you presenting in front of a camera OR your voice over the PowerPoint OR a combination of any other creative methods of presentation.
