Terms and Condition<\/strong><\/p>\n

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to participate in the activities of ICSSA 2024, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Payments of conference registration fees must be made by 12th August 2024, otherwise, your paper will not be included in the proceedings.<\/p>\n

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (NORMAL\/EARLY BIRD)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The conference registration fee (Normal\/Early Bird) includes a copy of the conference proceedings (in a USB Drive or equivalent); admission to all tutorials, technical sessions, morning and afternoon tea\/coffee breaks, and lunches.<\/p>\n

EARLY REGISTRATION (EARLY BIRD)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Authors who make their payment before 22th July 2024 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.<\/p>\n

IEEE MEMBERS REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICSSA 2024 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to email their current IEEE membership card to the ICSSA 2024 Finance Chair (icssa.utm@gmail.com<\/a>) upon completion of the payment.<\/p>\n

STUDENT RATES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants are eligible for the student rate if he\/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students. Students must email the scanned copy of their \u2018Student Identification Card\u2019 and\/or IEEE Membership Card to icssa.utm@gmail.com. Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card and\/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. Only one (1) paper per person per registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for the student member rate.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD) using credit cards via the EDAS ICSSA 2024 registration website.<\/p>\n

      NO-SHOW AND ORIGINALITY POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on \u201cNO-SHOW\u201d. The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their papers from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event.<\/p>\n

      Papers that have a >30% similarity index will also be excluded in the final proceeding.<\/p>\n
