Theme:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\u2018Managing Human Capital and Knowledge Management in Business and Social Organizations Under “the New Normal”: Evolving Theories and Practices.\u2019<\/span><\/h3>\nDate:\u00a0<\/strong>16 December 2021 (Thursday)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\nWelcome to ICHCKM 2021<\/strong><\/h4>\nICHCKM is organized by the Human Capital and Knowledge Management Research Group (HuCKM), Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics. The first ICHCKM was held in 2013 at UTM Kuala Lumpur, followed by the second conference held in 2015 in Indonesia in collaboration with the Bandung Institute of Technology. Meanwhile, the third ICHCKM was held in Kuala Lumpur in 2017 in conjunction with the International Conference on Advanced Technology (ICAT). ICHCKM 2021 this year is the fourth, where it will be held virtually in collaboration with the Business and Applied Sciences Academy of North America (BAASANA), a multidisciplinary professional association of Business, Technology, Sciences, Social sciences, Education and Humanities and technology. It looks to promote advanced knowledge and skills among scholars and practitioners towards resolving problems of the 21st century.
\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\nThis conference provides an international platform for sharing the latest ideas, approaches and technologies between universities, business organizations, research institutes, and governments. With the theme \u2018Managing Human Capital and Knowledge Management in Business and Social Organizations Under “the New Normal”: Evolving Theories and Practices\u2019, this conference hopes to improve understanding and research in the field of human capital and knowledge management as well as other related fields in post-pandemic era.<\/h4>\n
