GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING YOUR VIDEO<\/span><\/p>\n

Duration: 15 minutes
File size: 100MB max
Video file format: mp4
Dimensions: Minimum height 480 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9
Resolution: \u00a0720p or 1080p high definition<\/p>\n

The first slide of the video presentation must contain:<\/p>\n

a) the title of the paper
b) authors\u2019 name and affiliation
c) session number<\/p>\n

Presenter can present in front of a camera OR voice over slides OR a combination of any other creative methods for presentation.<\/p>\n

a) All presentation must be in English.
b) Audio commentary and all information on the slides must be clearly presented.
c) No background music is allowed.<\/p>\n

Showing a speaker view is recommended but not compulsory. If you choose to do so, please make sure the speaker window does not cover slides.<\/p>\n

There are several video conferencing tools that allow speaker view to be recorded along with slides presentation. Here are some examples:<\/p>\n

For virtual presentation, you are required to submit :<\/p>\n

a) a video in mp4 format or a downloadable video link
b) presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format<\/p>\n

to aroshe2021conference@gmail.com with the \u201cSubject: AROSHE2021 Virtual Presentation \u2013 Paper ID\u201d by 10th March 2021.<\/p>\n

All virtual video presentations will appear in our website at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/razak.utm.my\/aroshe2021\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>on 27th March 2021 for two weeks only.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, videos that are not received by the deadline will be considered no-shows and will not be considered in Best Paper \/ Best Presenter awards.<\/p>\n
