Following the success of the previous conferences since 2012, the Advanced Informatics Department, Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics (formerly known as Advanced Informatics School), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is pleased to announce the Postgraduate Annual Research on Informatics Seminar (PARIS 2019). Hence, PARIS2019 welcomes participants/authors from all organizations, & professional societies from various countries around the world to join/contribute complete, original and unpublished research papers related to the significant advances in computing and informatics.

Submission
English is the official language of the seminar. The authors are invited to submit a full paper of original research papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal).

Keynote Speaker 1: Dr Ahmad Fazreen Baharudeen
He has a total of 20 years of working experience in various technology-based industries; manufacturing, electronics, and information communications technology (ICT). He has been involved in various technology and ICT projects across different industries particularly Public Sector, Telecommunication, Education, and Manufacturing. His knowledge and experience focus in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Management, Requirements Engineering, and Business Analysis.
Keynote Speaker 2: Mr. Sadesh Manikam (Airasia Berhad)
Sadesh Manikam has been in the IT industry for more than 25 years, started his career as a Software Engineer presently attached to AirAsia as Head of Data. He is heading 3 pillars namely Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science. His research interest is on Business Intelligence, Maturity Model, Data Science & Data Governance
PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors MUST follow carefully ALL the steps below when submitting their papers. Failure to follow these instructions could result in your paper not being accepted.
- Articles must be sent in MS Word format through (ONLINE)
- The paper must be original and have not been previously accepted in any journal or under consideration for publication elsewhere
- The article is written in English with MAXIMUM pages of 10
- All papers must follow the OIJI format

Basic Requirements
- Has a PhD degree or has a full-time research/teaching position at universities or research institutes
- Has prior experience in a peer-review environment
- Preferably has experience in publishing in reputable conferences or journals

The fees is FREE for UTM Razak student, but you MUST register your paper. For other students, the fees is RM100.

Publication
ALL accepted papers will be published in Open International Journal of Informatics (OIJI), a journal by Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, UTM.
OIJI is an international peer-reviewed journal (Open Access) dedicated to the latest advancement of Informatics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists, researchers and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in broad areas of Informatics.
