1.Students are required to register and attend 2 compulsory university general courses:
i) Research Methodology and
ii) One of the University General Courses
2. Students must register a research code every semester. The lists of research code are given in the respective sections. Students who do not register at all can be terminated from the programme.
3.Students must submit progress report every semester. This is done online using the GSMS system. Failure to submit progress report will result in a TM status. (TM – unsatisfactory status).
4.Proposal Defense

5.Students receiving TM status in two consecutive semesters will be terminated.
6.Students must apply notification for thesis submission at least 3 months before handing in the thesis. This is done online through GSMS.
